M-Tech MPL was founded in 2011 by Dawn Richardson, a manufacturing engineer with two decades of experience serving the aerospace and defense supply chain. What began as a two-machine job shop in a small Marina industrial bay is today a full-service precision manufacturer trusted by product teams across the country.
